Over the past 15 years, Stephen Finegold has managed software development for government, non-profits, and the private sector. He has managed teams of software developers delivering desktop and web-based solutions for Fiserv, Daimler-Chrysler, CCH Insurance, Cleveland Clinic, Mittal Steel, and the City of New York.

Recent engagements include:

• Managing the software department for a consulting firm.
• Architecting and coordinating the conversion of an enterprise reporting system to use Microsoft SQL Server and Crystal Reports.
• Managing the development of XML publishing software for a web-based medical publisher.
• Architecting and supporting complex intranet applications for Mittal Steel and the Cleveland Clinic.
• Building a document management and work flow system to using a web service architecture for a prime federal contractor.

He has directed project web-based Enterprise Resource Procurement (ERP) system for Fortune 1000 companies.

Stephen Finegold is a Project Management Professional and a Microsoft Certified Professional. He received his BA from Columbia College, New York in 1986.
